Please note:

*For all clients that have purchased vouchers through this website or any other site, please note that there is a 48-hour minimum cancellation period; otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

*Voucher is non-refundable with a duration of 6 months depending on my availability.

*Due to very high demand and a short schedule, a deposit of 30% of treatment price is required when booking an appointment

*Deposit is not refundable.

*All treatment courses are valid for 1 year from the purchase date and are non refundable.

*Fee for rescheduling is 15£ (On my availability)

*For all treatments under £30 in total value, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the value.
